We’re looking for people passionate about ministry training, the building up of the local church, and equipping people for serving in God’s Kingdom. The Scottish Baptist College has existed since 1894 providing theological education to students across Scotland and beyond. In this exciting phase of life at the Scottish Baptist College we’re seeking people to support the ministry and mission of the College to help us build a sustainable future.
Specifically, we’re inviting applicants to join our Board of Governors. The person must be a member of a Baptist Church. The skill set we require are people with experience in one of the following: running a small business, fundraising, Human Resources, marketing and media, and Higher Education. We are inviting applications before the end of March 2026 when this current recruitment phase will close. The process involves an application form followed by an interview with two Board members and the uptake of references.
