At the end of each academic year we hold our annual Thanksgiving Service to look back on the year just complete and give thanks for all that has taken place. It’s a bittersweet occasion as we say fond farewells to students getting ready to graduate but also we celebrate with them as they are ready to begin their next chapter.

This year was especially poignant as we also said goodbye to our Assistant Principal of 10 years, Rev Dr Lina Toth. Lina as been instrumental in shaping the College over these past years as well as playing a significant role helping to form many of our students’ lives and ministries. We are so grateful to all that Lina has poured into the College in the last decade. Lina moves on to begin work with the Langham Partnership as Director of Langham Scholars.
We gathered as students, alumni, and friends of the College – both onsite at Paisley Central Baptist Church and online with many of our online distance students and friends tuning in from all across Scotland and indeed, all across Europe including Romania and Lina’s home country of Lithuania. You can watch / rewatch the service here.
Amongst the sadness that changes can bring, it was a joyful day of celebration and friendship as we recognised the bonds that are built over the years as we study together, pray for each other, and enjoy the company of brothers and sisters in Christ.
