Join us at SBC for our regular College Community Seminars as a specialist in the field gives a theological insight into their specific area of interest. On Wednesday 8th March between 1:30pm and 3pm, Alan Clark will be sharing about the work of Create Paisley – Create Paisley started in May 2009 as a response to requests from local young people for a safe, creative space (read more here).  Create’s values are derived from a Christian worldview that is rooted in our understanding of who God is.

Alan will be sharing about the work of Create as they work with young people in Paisley in a creative and engaging way. Alan will share about their experiences of running open mic nights, filmmaking projects, and arts cafe as ways to develop safe spaces for the youth of Paisley.

These seminars are open to alumni, friends, and supporters of the College, as well as the wider public who feel they would benefit from engaging with the topic. For further information please contact Graham Meiklejohn on graham.meiklejohn@uws.ac.uk
